“The Hillside Villa” Haus S1

A hillside villa exudes a sense of understated, modern elegance. Interior design firm Holzrausch (Germany) collaborated with the architectural firm Kleinert and Partner and worked closely with the client. The selection of materials and colors complements the facade and outdoor spaces—for example, the use of natural stone and soft neutral tones. Precision-crafted lime plaster with a textured finish, premium terrazzo flooring, and kiln-dried oak panels, combined with a Wachenzeller dolomite stone fireplace and the kitchen, create an atmosphere that feels deeply natural.

The finishing materials and built-in wooden fixtures, integrated into the architecture, serve functions such as an indoor staircase and an elevator. The ground floor is bright and welcoming: the living room is flooded with light and flows seamlessly into the open-concept dining and kitchen area, while the oak walls provide a balanced counterpoint to the windows offering views of the garden.
