Penthouse State of the Art
The opening doors of the elevator to the penthouse lead directly into the “Black Box”, a completely black entrance area: Floor and walls made of black “Nero Antico” marble, the ceiling clad with black wooden slats.
Behind this is a large open space in white. White Carrara terrazzo, cubic stainless steel elements and white walls create a kind of canvas effect and space for the art. It becomes the main protagonist. Here a floor-to-ceiling “Cosmic Slop” by Rashid Johnson, there two paintings by Lucio Fontana and Wade Guyton. The penthouse becomes an inhabited gallery.

Three-dimensional, ceiling-height volumes in black-stained ash wood act as partitions within the open-plan, loft-style living space, delineating distinct zones without compromising the sense of spaciousness. This design also creates privacy within the master bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom clad in Persian travertine. Full-height windows, combined with strategically placed skylights, flood the room with natural light, drawing the eye upwards towards the roof garden and the sky.
Beyond the artwork, the space is further enriched by collectible furniture pieces designed by Pierre Jeanneret and Jean Royère, among other notable names, as well as bespoke freestanding furniture. These furnishings imbue the home with its unique character and tell its story.
A comprehensive smart home system enables automated, remote-controlled, and networked operation of appliances, lighting, and climate control, providing maximum living convenience without occupying any space.
