Private elevator
The private elevator opens directly into a space filled with material sensations: metal, stone, plaster, and wood.
Spatial transparency
Minimal doors, open space. The circulation flow is created seamlessly, yet cleverly defined by differences in materials and emotions. The lighting creates contrast between these spatial zones, making it easy to recognize whether you are in the hallway, elevator lobby, living room or dining room. And the lighting also maintains purposeful transparency.
In the reception hall, the lighting in the elevator area has a higher intensity, contrasting with the hallway, which is kept at minimal lighting, creating a sense of security when standing inside the house and welcoming and inviting when stepping out of the elevator, all separated by a transparent glass panel.
Slightly ajar
The generously sized apartment is always filled with comfort, quality, and completeness, while also feeling cozy and inviting, always slightly ajar.
The dining room has two access points, and the dining table, along with the impressive Flos Taraxacum 88 pendant light, always shows off its beauty, slightly ajar, to anyone in the living room glancing over.
The living room is illuminated by two XAL MOVE IT 25 minimalist track lights and is also state-of-the-art, featuring high performance and Tunable White color temperature adjustment.
A spa room is a well-deserved indulgence. The Ingo MaurerMOODMOON, crafted from Japanese paper, exudes a sense of humility, calm, and gentleness. Its gentle movement soothes all tension, enhancing the enjoyment of this small yet vibrant space.
The bathroom is transformed into an exciting space with dramatic lighting from XAL BO; its direct lighting minimizes stray light and creates sharp contrasts between light and shadow.
The bedroom is a special treat with Ingo Maurer’s“Lacrime del Pescatore” ( The Fisherman’s Tears), which sparkles in the daylight and shimmers magically at night when the lights are turned on; the effect on the ceiling is truly magical.
