Brass base, hand-blown Murano glass. Bulb Brass is a member of the Ingo Maurer Bulb family. Based on the world-famous 1966 design, the Ingo Maurer Team has developed a brass version. The handmade lamp base is made of high-quality brass. The untreated brass surface tends to change over time, giving it a special character. A copper oxide layer is created, a surface created by the natural aging process. The copper oxide layer is the result of daily use and is considered a special aesthetic value, as it represents a material characteristic that can ultimately be understood as the user's personal touch.
